1. Order Processing Time

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will notify you. A reshipping fee of 0 may apply to send it again.

If you wish to cancel or change your address after an order is placed, contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to assist, but changes may not always be possible once the order is in transit.
8. Multiple-Item / Split Shipments

If you place a multi-item order, items may ship in separate packages depending on stock availability and warehouse location.

You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

During holidays, sales events, or peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas), processing and delivery times may be extended.
